To ensure quality assurance, all of our luggage undergoes a rigorous testing program designed to meet high standards. In the unlikely event that your JLY product develops a fault, please refer to the guidelines below to determine if your issue is covered under warranty and to find out how to make a claim.

It's important to note that our warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not include refunds beyond our standard returns period of 14 days. Additionally, our warranty is limited to luggage cases only and is valid only for purchases made directly from jlytravels.co.uk.

HOW LONG THE WARRANTY VALID FOR?
We offer a three-year warranty on all sizes of luggage cases from the date of purchase. Please note that this warranty only applies to purchases made directly from jlytravels.co.uk. If you need to make a claim under warranty, please keep your confirmation email as proof of purchase.

WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?
Our warranty covers faults caused by defective workmanship or materials, but excludes mishandling by carriers such as airport baggage handlers. The warranty covers the cost of repair or, at our discretion, replacement within the UK. Shipping fees to and from our repair centre may apply. However, the warranty does not cover damage due to general wear and tear.

Please note that if you purchased your JLY product outside of our online store (jlytravels.co.uk), this warranty does not apply.


WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY?
The warranty does not cover damages caused by mishandling from airline luggage handlers or other travel operators, including rips, scratches, dents, cracks, sheared-off wheels or components, and bent trolley handles. It also does not cover general wear and tear, wheel wear and tear over time, neglect, accidents, abrasions, exposure to extreme temperatures, damage caused by exposure to water, beauty products, chemicals, solvents, or acids, or damage to contents in transit such as cameras, media equipment, and bottles. Deliberate damage and combination lock issues caused by incorrect setting, misuse, or forced opening are also not covered. Additionally, the warranty excludes any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, such as loss of profits or revenue or damage to other property.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM:
If you believe that your product has a defect covered under our warranty, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product for repair.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Please keep a record of your original purchase email receipt, as it will be required to validate any warranty claims.
